Who we are

This site is run by QbitLab.

We collect what you type into our forms (for example your name, email address, phone number and message); the messages you send in our website chat; which pages are visited and roughly where visitors came from (counted without cookies and without identifying you).

We use what you send to answer you, to provide what you asked for, and to look after our business. If you tick the box to hear from us about offers or news, we use your contact details for that too, and you can stop at any time.

The people who work here see it, and the companies that help us run this site and our messages (for example our website and messaging providers). We do not sell it.

We keep it for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To use any of these rights, contact us.
